In Khanty-Mansiysk, a huge anthill was discovered in the Samarovsky Chugas Nature Park. It was recognized as the largest urban anthill in the country.

The height of the "structure" is about 2 m, the length is more than 4 m. The record was recorded in the Russian Book of Records. It was confirmed by experts of the International Book of Records INTERRECORD, writes the news agency " <url>".

According to representatives of the park administration, a fence was installed around the anthill to ensure safety. Researchers will continue to study this phenomenon. The natural site attracts the attention of tourists and environmentalists.
