Parking fees will be cancelled for one day in Yekaterinburg

Yekaterinburg will cancel charges for public transport and parking in street parking lots. However, the measures will only be in effect for one day, on August 16, the 302nd birthday of the city. This was told by the mayor Alexey Orlov.

So, on City Day, one of the celebration sites is organized on Archangel Michael Street. The Energy of RMK Festival is organized by the Russian Copper Company. Performances by Lesha Svik, Mota, Gayazovs Brothers, Big Baby Tape are planned.

Earlier it was reported that 318 bus stops with kiosks and rain shelters are planned to be dismantled in Yekaterinburg by the end of 2025. Also, about 75 new bus shelters will be installed in the city by the end of the year.
