About 360 thousand square meters of new housing were commissioned in the Tula region in 2025

Since the beginning of 2025, more than 360 thousand square meters of new housing have been commissioned in the Tula region. This is reported by TSN24 with reference to Tulastat data.

The regional Office of Rosreestr clarifies that in the first six months of the year, more than 3.2 thousand individual housing construction facilities were put on state cadastral registration in the region. Of these, about 1.8 thousand are single—storey houses, more than 1.3 thousand are two—storey, the rest are three—storey buildings.

Earlier, on July 28, it was reported that prices for ready-made individual houses in Russia decreased by an average of 10-15% over the year. Market participants told Izvestia about this. The main reason is that demand in the first half of this year was 30% lower than in the same period last year, when there was a massive mortgage with state support, and the volume of supply increased by 7-8%.
