"The Constitution stipulates this, and we do not trade Russian territories. Where the Russian flag was once raised, it should be there forever — these are the exemplary words of Nicholas I," the deputy said in a conversation with Lenta.Ru .

According to Chepa, the US statements about the annexation of Greenland and the purchase of the Commander Islands are nothing more than an attempt at PR.
