A criminal case has been opened into the collapse of a section of an office building in Yekaterinburg. This was reported on July 29 in the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region.

"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Performing work or providing services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of the consumer")," the agency's Telegram channel says.
