The Moscow network of private clinics "Family Doctor" is operating normally after a failure due to technical reasons. This was announced on July 29 in the Telegram channel of the network.

"Family Doctor JSC is operating normally. Information about the hacker attack, disseminated in a number of media outlets, is not relevant to us," the message says.

The clinic also added that patients' personal data is safe.

A malfunction in the network of the Family Doctor clinics occurred earlier that day. It was clarified that due to technical reasons, the clinic's personal account and online recording service are not working. In addition, the Stolichki and Neopharm pharmacy chains also experienced a malfunction. Some points of sale did not work, and the booking service on the website was unavailable.
