A court in Moscow fined Zoom Communication, Inc. for almost 80 million rubles in an administrative case. This was reported on July 29 in the press service of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction.

The organization was found guilty under Part 3 of Article 13.49 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to fulfill obligations stipulated by the legislation on the activities of foreign persons on the Internet in the territory of the Russian Federation").

"The court imposed an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 79,609,733 rubles," the Telegram channel says.

On July 28, a court in Moscow fined TikTok Pte. Ltd. 4 million rubles for violating the laws of the Russian Federation by the owner of the platform. The organization was found guilty under Articles 19.7.10-4 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure by the owner of the social network to comply with the instructions of the federal executive authority").
