"The Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar considered the prosecutor's claim against a 45-year—old resident of the city for the restriction of her parental rights in relation to her young son and the recovery of alimony from her for his maintenance," the report says.

It is specified that the woman lived with her mother and son in an apartment building located on Karasunskaya Street. At the same time, she practically did not leave the room and blocked the front door from the inside with cabinets.

In addition, the apartment was unsanitary. Cockroaches were crawling on the floor, and feces were scattered, and there was a fetid smell in the room. The child who was found in the apartment had no conditions for sleep, hygiene and normal eating. He was exhausted. In addition, the child was found to have a developmental delay. The boy's mother did not let him out of the apartment, beat him on the head with her hands. Neighbors often saw the child on the open balcony, from where he threw things.

"After reviewing the submitted materials, the court came to the conclusion that the claim was satisfied in full. According to the court's decision, the woman is limited in parental rights in relation to her son, alimony in the amount of 25% of earnings or other income has been collected from her," the agency noted.
