- The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the fact of rock collapse in a sanatorium in Kislovodsk.
A criminal case has been opened in Kislovodsk on the fact of the collapse of rock and soil on the territory of the sanatorium. This was announced on Tuesday, July 29, by the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Stavropol Territory.
"A criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life or health of consumers")," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.
Investigative actions are currently underway to establish the causes of the incident and collect evidence. The course of the investigation is under control in the office of the investigative Department.
The collapse of the bedrock on the territory of the sanatorium "Moscow" on Dzerzhinsky Avenue in Kislovodsk occurred earlier that day. It was clarified that two people were injured in the incident.
