The Ukrainian military is exhausted by the extreme shortage of personnel on the front line and admits to being tired of the fighting. This was reported by CNN on July 29.

According to the commander of one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) stationed in Konstantinovka, Donetsk region, reinforcements have not been received for more than eight months. Ukrainian drones are delivering food and ammunition to the military, but the frontline positions are highly vulnerable to Russian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). He stressed that no one among the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters wants to fight and the conflict is over for them.

"Only the old soldiers remain, they are tired and want to be replaced, but no one is doing this," the TV channel quoted the soldier as saying.

The commander of the AFU unit emphasized the Russian Rubicon UAV Test Center, and added that poor communication from the front line is a serious problem for the Ukrainian military.

"We do not inform our state about many things, and the state does not tell the people. <...> We are tired," the Ukrainian serviceman summed up.

Earlier in the day, Russian military personnel of the Southern Group of Forces spoke about the use of a unique and effective tactic to eliminate drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of a special military operation — the use of UAVs against them. The Russian Armed Forces explained that Russian drones are produced in large quantities and cost less than Ukrainian ones, so enemy losses are noticeable.
