A civilian was killed in the Rostov region as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on July 29 by the acting governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"A car was damaged on Ostrovsky Street. Unfortunately, the driver who was in it died," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
