The head of the TFR instructed to check the condition of the road in Pskov

The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered an inspection based on information about the unsatisfactory condition of the road on Ivan Vinogradov Street in Pskov.

There have been reports on the social network that for a long time there has been no asphalt surface, with precipitation, the ground surface is eroded, deep ruts and numerous pits have formed on the surface.

For this reason, transportation to homes, including emergency services, is difficult. Numerous appeals from citizens to the authorized bodies do not bring results, the Pskov news feed writes with reference to the SU TFR in the region.

Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional department, Peter Krupena, to conduct a procedural check and keep track of the preliminary and final results. The execution of the order is under control at the central office of the TFR.

In mid-June, it was reported that Pskov had identified a contractor who would repair the road surface on the Alexander Nevsky Bridge over the Velikaya River. The work on the ferry will be carried out by Baltiyskiy Bereg Construction Company LLC. The contract with the company has already been concluded, its value amounted to 344.74 million rubles.
