An increased fire hazard class has been established in the Moscow region
Hot weather has set in in the Moscow region. Forest fires are not excluded during these periods. From July 28 to July 30, the third class of fire danger has been declared in the entire region.
The second class on Monday, July 28, is expected in Podolsk forestry, writes the online publication "Podmoskovye Segodnya" with reference to the regional forestry committee.
In the next few days, the air temperature will reach +31 degrees. At the same time, weather forecasters do not promise precipitation.
If fires are detected, residents of the region and tourists should call the forest Protection hotline number 8 (800) 100-94-00 or the unified 112 number.
Earlier, on July 27, it was reported that in Crimea, along the Yevpatoria–Simferopol highway, a fire broke out on an area of 20 hectares. The fire spread quickly due to the wind and extreme heat. More than 80 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and 14 pieces of equipment were involved in eliminating the fire.
