A student from Angola drowned in one of the reservoirs of the Moscow region. This was announced on July 28 by a source of Izvestia.

It is specified that the incident occurred in the city of Lytkarino.

"The man was 27 years old, he studied at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas," the source said.

The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.

A criminal case has been opened into the deaths of two people under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence to two or more persons").
