The driver was killed when a KAMAZ truck overturned in the Irkutsk region.

In the Kirensky district of the Irkutsk region, a 38-year-old man died as a result of a truck rollover. The regional State Traffic Inspectorate announced this in its Telegram channel on Monday, July 28.

The accident occurred the night before, on July 27, at the entrance to the village of Alymovka. It was previously established that the 38-year-old KAMAZ driver lost control.

The truck flew off the roadway and overturned. The driver received various injuries, from which he died on the spot, writes IA IrkutskMedia.

An inspection has been organized. All circumstances of the accident are being established.

In total, 719 road accidents occurred on the country's roads over the past weekend, in which 86 people were killed and 934 injured. The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Russian Interior Ministry told Izvestia that 69 of the dead were passengers and drivers.
