A criminal case has been opened into the collapse of a part of an apartment building in Astrakhan. This was announced on July 28 by the press service of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.
"The investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Astrakhan region have opened a criminal case into the collapse of part of the entrance to an apartment building on the grounds of crimes under Part 1 of Article 293, Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence, destruction of property by negligence")," the Telegram channel said.
