A two-year-old girl was injured in a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the city of Vasilevka, Zaporizhia region. This was announced on July 28 by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky.

"As a result of a terrorist attack on a private household in the city of Vasilevka, a two-year-old child was injured. The girl has shrapnel wounds to her arm," Balitsky said in his Telegram channel.

Doctors are currently helping the child. The little patient's life is not in danger.

On the same day, the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, announced the death of a civilian resident of Alyoshka as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Another man, a man born in 1967, was injured. Also, as a result of the shelling, fires started in forests in two municipalities, their total area was 5 hectares.
