The collapse in a residential building in Astrakhan occurred from the fifth to the first floor. This was announced on Monday, July 28, by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

"Part of the apartments from the first to the fifth floors collapsed without a subsequent fire," the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations says.

It is specified that specialists sort the rubble manually.
