Four trucks collided on the 40th km of the M-7 Volga highway in the Bogorodsky city district of the Moscow region, the driver of one of the trucks died in an ambulance. This was announced on July 28 by the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.

"Today, at about 01:45, a traffic accident occurred on the 40th kilometer of the M-7 Volga highway towards Moscow. As a result of the accident, the driver of one of the trucks died in an ambulance," the agency said in a statement posted on its Telegram channel.

According to the agency, there was a passing car collision. Traffic police officers are investigating the circumstances of the incident.

The day before, it was reported that a pedestrian was killed in an accident in Magnitogorsk, and two passengers in a passenger car were injured. It is specified that as a result of the incident, the woman died on the spot from her injuries, two passengers of the car were hospitalized.
