Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) have detained two Russian citizens and a native of Central Asia who planned to set fire to transport and communications facilities in the Krasnodar Territory on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services. This was announced on July 28 by the FSB's Public Relations Center.

It is noted that the attackers were unable to set fire to the relay cabinet, and also planned to leave many subscribers without cellular communication.
