UAV crews destroyed more than 50 robotic platforms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a month

Over the past month, calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of units of the southern group of forces have destroyed more than 50 robotic platforms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of a special military operation (SVO). This was announced on July 28 by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"Over the past month alone, units of the southern group of forces have destroyed more than 50 units of robotic platforms for various purposes," the department said.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces use such platforms in an attempt to slow down the advance of the Russian Army. They can be used to organize radio suppression of drone control channels and supply ammunition to units that are under fire from Russian artillery.

One of these paths was revealed in the area of Konstantinovka by the calculation of the UAV of the 27th Guards Artillery Regiment of the 6th Motorized Rifle Brigade. As a result of precise work, the target was eliminated, leaving the enemy without supplies.

"In the area of the village of Serebryanka, a mobile electronic warfare station was discovered by a UAV of the reconnaissance company of the 7th separate motorized Rifle brigade of the 3rd Combined Arms Army. — Ed.) based on a robotic platform. The target was hit by an accurate fiber—optic drone strike," the Defense Ministry added.

The use of drones has been included in the training program for engineering troops.

On July 27, Russian servicemen of the assault brigade of the southern group of forces practiced the use of anti-tank mines during the assault on the Ukrainian Armed Forces strongholds. The footage shows how soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation practice moving in groups of three, which is practiced when storming trenches and blowing up enemy dugouts.
