A woman was injured when UAV debris fell in the Leningrad region.

A woman was injured by falling drone debris in the Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region. This was announced on July 27 by Governor Alexander Drozdenko.

"The nature of the injuries is bruises and cuts, the Lomonosov interdistrict hospital provides assistance to the victim. The fire services are also extinguishing a fire in a three—apartment building in the village of Bolshaya Izhora, Lomonosovsky district," he said.

According to the head of the region, the regional government will provide compensation to residents whose property was damaged as a result of the drone attack.

Earlier in the day, Drozdenko said that drone attacks were continuing in the Leningrad Region, and more than a dozen drones had already been destroyed. UAV debris falls were recorded in Gatchina and the Voiskovitsky settlement, as well as in the Kingisepp district.
