It is possible to formulate the principles of future relations with Ukraine only after fixing the tasks of a special military operation (SVO). This was announced on July 27 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Russia would like to resolve the Ukrainian issue by political and diplomatic means, but this is due to the fact that our opponents rejected the path of dialogue," Peskov said.
