The Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) examined the flight recorders of the An-24 aircraft that crashed in the Amur region. The relevant information was published on the IAC website on July 26.
"IAC specialists have carried out work on the inspection, opening and extraction of media from containers with traces of exposure to high temperatures. The carrier of parametric information (magnetic tape) was destroyed by fire, the information of the voice recorder was preserved," the department said.
The recording is currently being analyzed. According to preliminary information, no failures of the aircraft's systems were recorded before the aircraft collided with the ground.
As indicated in the IAC, on the eve of the chairman of the committee Oleg Storchevoy held an operational meeting in Tynda with members of the commission for the investigation of the disaster, during which they discussed preliminary data on the emergency, as well as developed measures and an algorithm of actions.
The IAC Commission is continuing its investigation to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident.
