Putin discussed with the Security Council the issue of improving the effectiveness of Russia's maritime policy

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, July 25, held a meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on maritime policy.

"We will consider two issues today: one concerns the issues of improving the effectiveness of the national maritime policy. [Assistant to the President of Russia, Chairman of the Russian Maritime Board] Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev will report," Putin said.

He also clarified that the second issue concerns ensuring public safety on a Single voting Day on September 14, 2025.
