Over the past week, 150 people have suffered from tick bites in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. 26 people were diagnosed with various infections.

According to Rospotrebnadzor, since the beginning of the season, almost 13.7 thousand people have suffered from tick bites. Last week, pest activity decreased, however, the incidence of tick-borne infections continues to grow. Various tick-related diseases were detected in six children. This is reported by KrasnoyarskMedia news agency.

On July 24, acaricide treatment of the Gremyachaya Griva and Yudinskaya Dolina ecoparks was carried out in Krasnoyarsk. At the same time, experts emphasize that the treatment is not a complete protection against ticks.
