The expert announced the possibility of monitoring health with the help of AI
Artificial intelligence (AI) may become a new digital tool for leading a healthy lifestyle, along with fitness trackers and calorie counting apps. This was stated by the CPO of the Chat with Alice, Vitaly Danilkin, in an interview with Izvestia on July 25.
He explained that, according to Yandex, the number of requests for AI bots increased by 1.7 times in June 2025 compared to the same period last year. If in July 2024, users asked about 1.5 thousand such requests, then in the first half of July 2025, their number reached tens of thousands. The popularity of artificial intelligence queries has already matched the frequency of searching for dinner recipes, which indicates the gradual entry of neural networks into everyday life.
Modern chatbots based on generative neural networks, according to the expert, are able to analyze data, search for information and make personalized recommendations. These functions make them full-fledged digital assistants in various areas of life, including health care.
"Users can turn to neural networks for help in creating individual training programs, developing a balanced menu taking into account dietary restrictions, calculating calorie intake, and even creating a shopping list. AI assistants are also able to offer plans for implementing healthy habits, from morning exercises to evening analysis of the past day," said Danilkin.
An important feature of interacting with neural networks is the naturalness of communication — users can formulate queries in the same way as when talking to a live interlocutor. At the same time, artificial intelligence will not completely replace existing digital devices, but will complement their functionality. For example, data on physical activity from a smartwatch can be transferred to a chatbot for in-depth analysis, which will help determine the optimal time for training or identify peaks of activity.
Experts note that the use of neural networks in health issues can become as common a practice as daily checking the number of steps taken or monitoring the heart rate. The development of these technologies opens up new opportunities for a personalized approach to leading a healthy lifestyle.
On July 8, Izvestia got acquainted with the research results of analysts at the IT company true.code. Experts have found that businesses are showing a high interest in artificial intelligence: 30% of companies want to implement these technologies in the near future, and 17% are already using them.
