Russian synchronized swimmers Tatiana Gaidai and Maya Doroshko won the bronze medal at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore in the free duet program on Thursday, July 24.
Athletes from Russia scored 277.1117 points. The victory in the discipline was won by Spaniards Iris Tio Casas and Lilo Lewis Valette (282.6087 points), followed by Italians Enrica Piccoli and Lucrezia Ruggiero (278.7137 points).
The World Aquatics Championships are held in Singapore from July 11 to August 3.
The day before, Russian synchronized swimmers Maya Gurbanberdieva and Alexander Maltsev won the technical program in the mixed duet competition. It was clarified that the result of the Russians was 233.2100 points.
