The first sewage treatment plants (CBS) began to be built in Tarko-Sale (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug). This was announced on Thursday, July 24, by the mayor Kirill Trapeznikov in his Telegram.

The facility will be built on an area of over 9 thousand square meters. m. aerotanks, drainage and pumping stations, an autonomous block boiler house and high-tech wastewater treatment plants will be located there.

According to the mayor, the capacity of the treatment facilities will be 6 thousand cubic meters per day, which is enough for the needs of the entire city.

The construction of the main collector is planned to be completed by the end of the current 2025, writes the news agency " <url>". Next, the commissioning work will begin.

Experts expect that the launch of KOS will significantly reduce the use of sewage disposal machines and increase the environmental safety of the city.

Earlier in July, Izvestia reported that a new method for cleaning and eliminating the odor of wastewater from agricultural enterprises had been patented in Russia. The development makes it possible to process manure to the state of drinking water.
