"We have just concluded an agreement with the European Union (EU) under which it will pay the United States 100% of the cost of all military equipment. They will send it to the EU, and then distribute it, and most of it will go to Ukraine," he said at a speech that was broadcast on the Forbes YouTube channel.

The US President stressed that the EU should have supplied American weapons to Ukraine according to this scheme from the very beginning of the conflict.
