The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation has recognized the International Satanism Movement as an extremist organization and banned its activities on the territory of the Russian Federation. This was reported on July 23 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

The corresponding lawsuit was filed by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation jointly with the Ministry of Justice.

The court's decision has already entered into force. Now a ban has been imposed on the territory of the Russian Federation on any activity of this organization under its name and symbols.
