PSB and the Patriot Entrepreneurs Association signed a cooperation agreement
The PSB and the association of organizations and individuals promoting the development of patriotism and entrepreneurship "Entrepreneurs Patriots" have signed a cooperation agreement, the bank's press service reported. The purpose of the agreement is to implement projects and initiatives aimed at developing small and medium—sized businesses and popularizing entrepreneurial initiatives in Russia.
The document was signed by Irina Zhimerina, Senior Vice President, Head of the Small and medium-sized business Unit of the PSB, and Vyacheslav Varyanikov, Chairman of the Association.
The parties to the agreement agreed to work together to improve the image of entrepreneurial activity and introduce the practice of charity and patronage into the business culture. The agreement also provides for joint information and explanatory work among citizens, entrepreneurs and business leaders, as well as the organization of events to improve financial and legal literacy of businessmen.
"Entrepreneurship is a driver of sustainable economic growth: businessmen demonstrate an understanding of national interests and help develop priority industries, contribute to a comfortable life for Russians and create jobs — today about 40% of the working—age population of our country are employed in SMEs. PSB Bank pays great attention to working with entrepreneurs and supports people who set business trends," Irina Zhimerina said.
"We must remember that every business, every initiative has the potential not only to improve people's lives, but also to strengthen the economy as a whole. We believe that by joining forces, we can achieve significant results and inspire young entrepreneurs to new achievements. May patriotic self-awareness be the engine for all endeavors!" commented Vyacheslav Varyanikov.
