Two people died as a result of a fire in Ufa. This was announced on July 23 by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the Telegram channel.

"As a result of the fire, the roof was damaged, as well as two apartments on the first and second floors, where two dead people were found during extinguishing: a man and a woman," the department said.

The fire was localized 12 minutes later on an area of 160 sq. m. It is noted that there are no injured people. Nine residents of the house got out of the building on their own.

Currently, debris removal and irrigation of structures are still ongoing. The circumstances and causes of the fire are being investigated.
