"Two women were on the street near Vokzalnaya Street at the time of the attack. <...> With a shrapnel wound to the abdomen in extremely serious condition at the BSMP (emergency medical hospital. — Ed.), a resident of the house on Aksayskaya Street was also delivered," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
