Russian car brand Tenet to launch car sales in August

Tenet, a new Russian car brand, will launch crossover sales in August this year. This was reported on July 22 by the Telegram channel "Chinese Cars" with reference to a message from representatives of the brand addressed to dealers at a closed conference.

The first model will be the mid-size crossover Tenet T7, the launch of sales of new items is scheduled for mid-August. The second SUV, the compact Tenet T4, will join it in early September. The Tenet T8, the largest car in the line, is expected to enter the market in the first half of September.

As previously reported by Izvestia, serial production of Tenet cars will be established at the former Volkswagen plant in Kaluga (AGR Holding), this brand was created specifically for the Russian market. The brand's model range will include four crossovers: one B- and C-class model each, as well as two D-class SUVs.

On July 17, it became known that the Kaluga plant AGR Holding had completed the preparation of the welding workshop for the launch of full-cycle production of Tenet cars. The largest amount of work was carried out on redesigning the welding shop for the design features of the new car.
