A motorcyclist was injured as a result of an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) at a gas station in the village of Fonov in the Rylsky district, another person was injured as a result of a tractor hitting an explosive device in the village of Viktorovka in the Lgovsky district. Alexander Khinshtein, Acting Governor of the Kursk Region, announced this on July 22.

"Today, an enemy drone attacked a gas station on a farm in the Fonov Rylsky district. As a result, a 32-year-old motorcycle driver was injured. <...> In the village of Viktorovka, Lgovsky district, while carrying out agricultural work, a tractor ran over an explosive device. A 22-year-old driver was injured in the explosion," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to Khinstein, the man who was injured in the Rylsky district was taken to the central district hospital with sores on his stomach and arm. A resident of the village of Viktorovka received an akubar injury, a shrapnel wound to his right shin and a bruise to his stomach. He was also hospitalized.

In addition, two cars and the roof of a gas station on the Fonov farm were also damaged by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) strike.

On the same day, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced that two residents of the Leonovka farm were injured as a result of an attack by an APU drone. It was clarified that they were hospitalized.
