This was announced by the press service of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development of the city on Tuesday, July 22, with reference to the Traffic Management Center.

"According to the data center, there are three points in the city. We are currently seeing heavy traffic on the TTK near Sushchevsky Val Street; on the inner side of the MKAD near Kashirskoye Highway and on the MKAD near Leningradskoye Highway," the Moscow City News Agency quoted the statement.
