Analysts of Domclick named the most expensive country houses in Russia in their database

Analysts conducted a study of the luxury suburban real estate market and identified the most expensive properties in Russia presented on the Domclick showcase. Only three of the top 100 houses are located outside the Moscow region - in St. Petersburg, Yalta and Sochi, Domclick reported.

In the first place of the rating was a three-storey mansion for 6.2 billion rubles in the elite village of Zhukovka-2 in Odintsovo district. In second place is a brick house worth 5 billion rubles in the cottage village "Diplomat" on the 16th kilometer of Rublkvo-Uspenskoe highway. Completing the top three is a residence worth 3.2 billion rubles in the elite village of Zhukovka-2.

The fourth place in the rating is a mansion for 3.1 billion rubles, consisting of three buildings with a total area of 2,900 square meters. m in the village of Bolshoe Sareevo, Odintsovo district. On the fifth line is a mansion in the cottage village of Razdory Green in Odintsovo district, 5 km from the MKAD. The country house with an area of 1,500 sq. m. is estimated at 3 billion rubles.

Earlier, the expert listed the most popular destinations for buying suburban real estate in Moscow. At the moment, these are Rublyovo-Uspenskoe, Novorizhskoye, Minskoye, Kievskoye and Kaluzhskoye highways.
