President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the next talks between Moscow and Kiev are scheduled for July 23 and will be held in Turkey. He stated this on July 21.

"The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday. There will be more details tomorrow," he is quoted as saying on the official website of the government of the country.
