Sobyanin spoke about the opening of a sports complex in Yuzhny Butovo
A new Maximum sports complex has been opened in the Yuzhnoye Butovo district, on Ostafyevskaya Street, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on his Telegram channel. It was built in less than 2.5 years thanks to the use of modern technologies, primarily the digitalization of work at all stages.
"Maxim has become a part of a sports cluster, which already includes those built by investors "Sport Station" and "Montrealer". These are non—capital buildings with indoor football fields, tennis courts and ice arenas," explained the mayor of the capital.
The new two-storey sports complex has two swimming pools measuring 25 by 16 meters and 10 by 6 meters, a gym for sports activities, as well as a modern ice field. An intelligent surveillance system has been implemented in the large pool: special cameras track the movements of swimmers, and if a person stays underwater for more than 10 seconds, the signal will immediately be sent to the wristband of the coach on duty. This system significantly increases the level of security. In addition, the new complex will host training sessions in swimming, hockey, figure skating, water aerobics, fitness aerobics, choreography, and yoga. A medical unit and a buffet are also provided for the convenience of students.
