Norway urges NATO to negotiate with Russia before conditions worsen for the alliance

NATO urgently needs to come to an agreement with Russia before the conditions for dialogue for the alliance deteriorate. This was announced on July 21 by Glenn Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.

"NATO needs to make a deal today, any deal in the future will be much worse," he wrote on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
