Ural Airlines will launch direct flights from Yekaterinburg to Gelendzhik on August 5. The airline announced this on July 21 in its Telegram channel.

"Starting from August 5, we will launch direct flights from our home Koltsovo airport," the publication says.

It is specified that tickets are already available for purchase on the company's website.

On the same day, Krasnodar Territory Governor Veniamin Kondratiev announced that Gelendzhik Airport would be able to increase passenger traffic at least twice in 2026. He noted that the passengers who arrived on the first flight from Moscow expressed positive emotions from the flight and their meeting at the airport.
