Ten charitable and sponsorship projects of various kinds received Stoloto's support in the first six months of 2025. This was reported in the press service of the distributor of the All-Russian state lotteries.

As noted by the Director of Sponsorship and Corporate Social Responsibility of S8 Capital Holding (which includes Stoloto) Oksana Tubman, Stoloto systematically supports social projects related to the development of sports, aimed at helping children left without parental care, people with disabilities, and the elderly.

Tubman recalled the charity Easter run of the Russian Lotto, which resulted in the transfer of over 48 million rubles to the Orthodox Mercy Service, as well as a special run for the 80th anniversary of Victory (over 15 million rubles were raised for the Memory of Generations Foundation).

"This year's grant competition for NGOs has once again confirmed its relevance: the number of applications has increased by 56% compared to last year. Taking into account such a lively response, in 2025 we increased the grant amount to 600 thousand rubles. And in order to support other important social initiatives that did not become winners, but were included in the shortlist, we launched a fundraising platform," Tubman said.

Also during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum this year, a National Inclusive Agreement was signed with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. In cooperation with ASI, Stoloto will develop an inclusive environment that promotes the employment of people with disabilities.

With the support of Stoloto, Olympic handball champion Vladlena Bobrovnikova held a motivational meeting with the wards of the More Than You Can and Oncologica foundations at the State Sports Museum. The purpose of such meetings is to promote sports among people with disabilities, create conditions for their social adaptation, and develop communication skills.

In May, Stoloto, together with the Forest Volunteers movement, held an action "Plant a tree. In total, experts planted 11,000 pine seedlings to restore forests affected by the bark beetle in the Moscow region, in the Leningrad and Nizhny Novgorod regions.

Stoloto also became the official partner of the Russian Cups for product programming and information security systems programming. More than 200 athletes, the best IT specialists from 21 regions of Russia, took part in the final of the competitions held in Smolensk. For several days, the teams solved current problems from the world of digital technologies, showing their professional skills.

The Sportloto brand, whose lotteries are included in the Stoloto portfolio, became the general partner of the online competition "National Games of the TRP Sportloto". The support of the state lottery distributor helped create a separate category for people with disabilities. Sportloto also became an official partner of the Russian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Championships in Sochi and supported the Russian Bobsleigh Championship among athletes under 27 years of age.

Since 2014, all lotteries in Russia have been state—owned, organized by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Sports. They are conducted under the state supervision of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. State lotteries distributed by Stoloto are a significant source of replenishment of budgets at various levels of the Russian Federation in order to finance socially significant facilities and events.
