In addition, signs "A man drowned here" were installed in Khabarovsk in places that are considered dangerous for swimming. The locations were determined based on an analysis of water accident statistics over the past ten years.
On July 19, two ten-year-old girls drowned in Grozny (Chechen Republic). They swam in a local pond unaccompanied by adults.
