- Train departures are delayed due to bad weather at Paveletsky railway Station in Moscow.
Bad weather caused delays in the departure of trains at Paveletsky railway station in Moscow. This was reported on July 21 by a correspondent of Izvestia.
According to him, the water flooded one of the waiting rooms — due to a leak in the roof, the room had to be closed. People waiting for their flights crowded on the ground floor.
"I should have sailed on a ship," one of the passengers joked.
On the same day, the Department of Transport reported that heavy rains and winds of up to 15 m/s covered Moscow and would continue until the end of the day. They advised drivers to avoid sudden maneuvers, not to be distracted by the phone while driving, and not to park cars under trees or rickety structures.
