A branch of the Andrei Rublev Museum of Ancient Russian Culture and Art is planned to open in Tula in 2027. Governor Dmitry Milyaev told about this in his Telegram channel.

According to these data, the museum will be located in buildings recognized as objects of cultural heritage "Residential house of D.V. Lopatin, XVIII century." and "Manor buildings."

The buildings will be restored while preserving their historical appearance. Their original color will be restored, writes TSN24.

Earlier it was reported that the State Hermitage Museum will be comprehensively restored within a few years. This was stated by the general director of the museum, Mikhail Piotrovsky. He pointed out that the entire complex of Hermitage buildings needs restoration, as it has been many years since it was last done.
