Russian synchronized swimmer Alexander Maltsev won his second gold medal at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore on July 21. He won the solo free skate.

The athlete scored 229.5613 points. The second place was taken by Chinese representative Muye Guo with a score of 220.1926 points, and the third place was taken by Italian athlete Filippo Pelati with 213.9850 points.
