"According to forecasters, rain with thunderstorms and winds of up to 15 m/s are expected in Moscow by the end of the day," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.
They advised drivers to avoid sudden maneuvers, not to be distracted by the phone while driving, and not to park cars under trees or rickety structures.
"The situation on the road is monitored 24/7 by the Situation Center and the crews of the Data Center Highway Patrol," the department added.

On the same day, the Hydrometeorological Center reported that cloudy weather, heavy rain, and thunderstorms and hail were expected in Moscow on July 21. In the Moscow region, it will be from +21 to +26 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to +13.
