The Grad rocket launcher crews destroyed the military equipment and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Sumy region

Calculations of multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) "Grad" of the 40th Separate Guards Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet (Pacific Fleet) as part of the North group of forces destroyed military equipment and concentrations of manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) during firing missions in Sumy region. This was announced on July 21 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry noted that the enemy's targets were detected by Russian intelligence officers, who transmitted the coordinates to the Grad calculations. After receiving the necessary information, the gunners quickly moved into position and delivered precise strikes against the Ukrainian militants.

"The targets are mostly moving. This is a technique, this is the enemy's manpower, these are the main goals. We have field trips quite often, we work day and night," said the deputy platoon commander with the call sign Baikal.

In addition, the calculation number of the MLRS Grad combat vehicle noted that the enemy is currently using a large number of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). According to him, during the performance of combat work, the gunners constantly monitor the situation around them, in particular, what is happening in the sky.

On July 20, the Ministry of Defense reported that the gunners of the Vostok group of forces disrupted the engineering work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Yuzhnodonets direction in the area of a special military operation. It was noted that the targets were detected by aerial reconnaissance in the forest belt.
