It is better for those who want to profitably purchase dollars to do so before the end of summer, as the ruble may sharply turn towards weakening in the second half of July. This was announced on July 21 by Alexander Schneiderman, Head of Alfa-Forex's Customer Support and Sales Department.

"Low market activity allows everyone to make purchase/sale transactions without significant costs, and in the event of a trend reversal, one should traditionally expect increased volatility with a likely unfavorable external background," the expert said in an interview with the Prime agency.
